Co-treasurer

I am taking applications for the co-treasurer opening. The co-treasurer will help with handling, recording and report all finances for Region One.
 
Qualifications needed are:

Be a member in good standing
Detail oriented
Good with numbers
Skilled in proper accounting methods
Have access to a Chase bank
Be able to maintain the Regional financial records and can report on them at any given time.

Duties:   

Report directly to RC

Required to work with the RC, VRC, senior treasurer (Barbara Buffington) and other staff offices involved in the expenditure of funds.

rectify account balances and notify the RC immediately of any account rregularities.

To create a monthly report of the status of regional accounts in the monthly regional report and other media.

To cooperate with authorities if/when audits are requested.

To disburse funds as directed by the Regional Coordinator and thus must be approved by said Regional Coordinator.
    

After wards the person chosen will be affirmed by the Regional Commanding Officers.
